We offer worldwide shipping! Applicable shipping costs will be calculated based on your location and added at checkout.

USA – 5-12 business days

UK – 4-6 business days

Australia – 10-15 business days

Canada – 10-15 business days

EU – 5-15 business days

Rest of the world – 5-20 business days

We typically process orders within 1-3 business days before handing them over to our shipping partners.

If your order has not yet been submitted for fulfillment, we can process a cancellation.

Since we often submit items for fulfillment within a few hours, please notify us as soon as possible to increase the chances of cancellation.

If your order has already been shipped, you’ll need to follow our return policy to request a refund once you receive your item. Our customer service team is always ready to assist you!

We understand how frustrating this can be. Once we verify that the item is defective, we’ll send you a brand-new replacement. If a return is required, we’ll cover the shipping costs.
